Service Agreement

Murata has the most experienced service group in the machine tool industry. Seven of our engineers have more than 15 years of MMUSA service experience. With service engineers strategically located nationwide, we can quickly respond to customers’ needs.

Murata offers competitive service rates and affordable Preventive Maintenance Plans to keep your equipment in top operating condition. Our rates are comparable and competitive with independent contractors.

The Service Department’s experienced phone support is available from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST, and after-hours from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. on weekdays and 8 a.m. to noon Saturdays. When a machine is down and service is requested, we make every effort to provide a technician within 24 hours.
